BOTTLED LPG IN TURKEY
Milangaz, Turkey’s first supplier of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) was founded in the beginning of 1960s in İzmir, and has been supplying the Demirören quality in all provinces and almost 900 districts across Turkey, with its widespread distribution network. Today, in many regions of Anatolia, “bottled LPG” is referred to as Milangaz.
By turning Likidgaz and Güneşgaz into brands, Milangaz improved its regional investments and distribution network, and it now offers an uninterrupted supply of bottled lpg with its 21 filling plants for over 1.100 bottled gas dealers, and almost 180 retail stores across the country.

In order to offer the highest quality, residue-free and environment-friendly LPG, Milangaz imports all the LPG it supplies.

Milangaz delivers LPG to the remotest corners of Turkey with its own infrastructure and control. It has the largest number of filling plants, about 150.000 m^3 of licensed storage capacity, over 250 LPG tanker trucks/rigs and 2 tanker ships across Turkey.

Milangaz operates with the “your life is precious for us” motto, performs controls on its bottled LPG before each filling, offers high quality, residue-free, environment friendly LPG to customers with engraved and renewed cylinders, and with the double safety lids quratees a sealed and completely full cylinder.
To follow-up the services provided to the customers, a central camera system has been built to watch filling plant operations and retail stores. It controls the plants at the highest level with its computerized filling scales and detectors.
Milangaz has been awarded the Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index Award by the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), which is based on the interviews of 275,000 customers in 81 provinces for 119 brands spanning 25 industries.
Milangaz has been providing service to its customers with nearly 1.101 bottled LP dealers, nearly 180 retail bottled LPG stores and almost 600 autogas stations across Turkey. It also supplies LPG to many bulk LPG customers in the country.
The Milangaz Call Center, founded to provide unconditional customer satisfaction with flawless service, operates 7 days a week. Therefore bottled LPG purchases can be made and request complaints can be delivered from anywhere in Turkey.
The call center, which is also an example of the “your life is precious for us” motto, operates 24/7 for emergency calls.
Milangaz has been providing services from Edirne to Kars in almost 1,100 bottled LPG gas dealers, almost 180 retail bottled LPG stores and nearly 600 autogas stations, with the high performance, reliable and environment friendly products.
